We partner with synagogues to craft effective and realistic job descriptions and determine appropriate compensation packages. We then identify and recruit top candidates and can assist in the screening and interview process. Funding is available to shuls hiring a woman in a leadership position for the first time.
We connect with women at different stages in their careers, including those in various advanced Torah study and leadership programs. We work to develop and nurture a pipeline of passionate women who are eager to seek out Torah leadership positions. Once in positions of leadership, we offer mentorship and networking opportunities, with an eye towards each woman’s success and the success of her shul and community.
